Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Digital Banking Platforms and related technologies required.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of product requests and initiatives through standardized processes.
• Assess initiatives against strategy, customer impact, effort and resources; support prioritization discussions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and drive timely delivery of digital banking initiatives.
• Research market trends and customer needs; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Develop training materials and demos to support product rollouts.
