Qualifications

- Travel: No travel required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, program, and implement complex applications; devise procedures to resolve problems.
- Act as an internal consultant; collaborate with customers, analysts, and team members.
- Provide design recommendations and participate in architecture decisions.
- Develop enterprise-level applications and integration solutions; assess cross-area impact.
- Create coding standards; devise data sources and development methods.
- Lead, mentor, and guide junior staff; coordinate complex projects and resolve issues.
- Test programs, verify logic, debug, and document.
