Neighbors for Clean Air is seeking a full-time Digital Engagement Manager to lead our grassroots outreach for clean air initiatives across Oregon. The primary responsibility is to build and engage a broad, informed base of supporters through compelling digital campaigns, storytelling, and community-led solutions. . The goal is to unleash the full potential of our diverse communities to achieve clean safe air for everyone everywhere in Oregon.
About Neighbors for Clean Air
NCA works to create a healthier Oregon through the reduction of air pollution. NCA upholds state and federal air emissions regulations and advances change through community engagement with regulators, local municipalities, the state legislature, federal government, and business leaders to reduce air pollution, both from industry and the diffuse sources that adversely affect health and negatively impact quality of life in our urban centers.
About the Digital Engagement Manager
In this moment of growth and opportunity for Neighbors for Clean Air, we are looking to hire a Digital Engagement Manager to promote and sustain the growing social media and communication needs for our work across the state.
We are seeking a Digital Engagement Manager who will:

Supervision This position will report directly to the Development and Communications Director.
BENEFITS
NCA currently pays 100% of each employee’s medical insurance premium, including dental and vision. NCA also offers reimbursement for expenses related to wellness memberships and home office needs. This position also includes a commuter benefit of up to $75/month to use towards parking, public transit or bike commuting to work in our downtown office.

WORKPLACE FORMAT
Hybrid. NCA meets in our downtown office space twice per week. The work associated with this position will require attending some evening and weekend events, may include occasional travel to Salem, as well as in-person engagements as necessary for the responsibilities of the position.
In addition to approximately 10 recognized holidays, Neighbors for Clean Air closes operations for one week at the end of each year in late December.
