Remarketing Dealer Engagement and Retention Manager
SIXT USA

We are seeking a full-time Remarketing Dealer Engagement and Retention Manager at SIXT USA. In this role, you will drive corporate objectives by optimizing revenue, accelerating inventory turnover, and mitigating residual value losses, thereby enhancing financial performance and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include conducting market analysis, refining business strategies, and adjusting outreach efforts based on data-driven insights.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  1. Implement advanced lead generation and conversion tactics to grow SIXTdirect.com and convert prospects into loyal customers.
  2. Develop and execute brand-building and remarketing promotions for dealerships and dealer groups to foster partnerships and elevate brand presence.
  3. Collaborate with team members to optimize lead processes, strengthen partnerships, and attract new clients.
  4. Design and implement CRM strategies to maximize customer engagement and loyalty.
  5. Track, manage, and present KPIs for data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  6. Maintain accurate customer data in CRM, conducting regular audits for data integrity.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience: Over 5 years in B2B sales, remarketing, or account management, preferably in automotive or related sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business development, sales, or marketing (preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, confidence in phone interactions, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Other: Strong analytical skills, task prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Travel: Willing to travel up to 15% for industry events and meetings.
