Job description

Resolve is seeking a Digital Engagement Manager to take ownership of Resolve’s social media presence, community engagement, and brand aesthetic. This role will play a key part in ensuring our digital identity is fresh, engaging, and on-trend while fostering relationships with our audience across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and industry forums.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong visual design skills who understands the nuances of B2B tech marketing and community-building strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Elevate Resolve’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across social media, community spaces, and other digital channels.
  • Develop on-brand visual assets (social graphics, short-form video, carousels, GIFs, infographics, etc.) that align with current trends.
  • Post social media content and monitor/respond to interactions to enhance audience engagement and thought leadership positioning.
  • Direct our community-driven content (polls, AMAs, LinkedIn Live sessions) to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Identify emerging social trends and recommend innovative ways to incorporate them into our strategy.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to refine content strategy and maximize impact.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience managing social media and/or digital creative for a B2B tech company
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube, and industry forums as engagement channels.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
