Job summary

Rollins College seeks a Digital Donor Experience Officer to advance fundraising priorities through strategic donor engagement and qualification. The role will manage a large segment of alumni, parents, and friends via phone, email, text, virtual meetings, and other digital channels.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fundraising, development, or public relations in higher education or non-profit sectors.
• Minimum one year in fundraising, public relations, marketing, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Engage a large donor portfolio with multi-channel outreach to increase annual giving and identify major gift prospects.
• Develop and execute strategic communication plans for prospects using emails, texts, video, podcasts, and social channels.
• Create donor-centric content to highlight impact and fundraising priorities and strengthen donor relationships.
• Collaborate with Advancement teams to coordinate messaging, branding, and content strategy.
