Konica Minolta is seeking a Digital Embellishment Sales Specialist to expand relationships with existing customers and drive sales across the KM-1 product lines in Commercial and Industrial Print. You will support multiple sales channels and collaborate with regional leaders to close qualified opportunities.

The role emphasizes quota achievement, coaching, and leading demand-generation activities while partnering with service and management teams to ensure customer success and sustained revenue

Formación

• Four year college degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum six years of sales experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment; or a record of achievement in the Account Manager position.
• 3+ years of software marketing/product management experience.
• 5+ yrs experience in Graphic Communications and Industrial Print.
• Travel is required, approximately 50+%.
• Ability to speak in public environment.
• High energy and passion for performance.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the success of an assigned team of salespeople, including VP roles and regional leaders.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in the assigned product lines.
• Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the product specialty.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate the involvement of other company personnel, resources and management as needed.
• Responds to customer support requirements including account management and service coordination.
• Works with Customer Service to ensure satisfaction and problem resolution.
• This position may support a geography or one or more named account teams.
