Job summary

AmaWaterways River Cruises seeks a Digital Email Coordinator to support development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns. You will help ensure timely, accurate, and brand-aligned communications that strengthen audience engagement and contribute to overall marketing success.

The role collaborates with CRM and cross-functional teams to maintain timelines, review performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Working knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to review and summarize email performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Experience with ESPs or marketing automation.
• Travel industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update email campaigns in project tool daily (Asana).
• Schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns for timely delivery.
• Perform QA reviews to ensure data, links, and imagery meet brand standards.
• Collaborate with CRM and cross-functional teams on targeting and deployment.
• Provide insights from campaign performance to drive value.
• Manage campaign intake, approvals, and timelines with stakeholders.
