Job summary

AmaWaterways is seeking a Digital Email Coordinator to support the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns. You will ensure timely, accurate, and brand-aligned communications that engage audiences and contribute to marketing success.

Responsibilities include creating and managing campaigns in Asana, scheduling and deploying emails, reviewing QA, and collaborating with CRM and marketing teams to meet brand and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, audience segmentation, unsubscribe requirements, accessibility, and applicable privacy and anti-spam regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to review and summarize email performance metrics, including open rate, click-through rate, conversion activity, list health, testing results, and campaign trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in an email service provider or marketing automation platform.
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus.

  • Maintain campaign intake, review, routing, approvals, and deployment timelines with cross-functional partners to ensure each email meets business, brand, legal, and operational requirements.
  • Review campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations that deliver business value.
  • Provide informed feedback to internal requests while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management

SUMMARY:

The Digital Email Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns. This position helps ensure timely, accurate, and brand-aligned communications that strengthen audience engagement and contribute to overall marketing success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
