Job summary

ClearCo is seeking a Digital Operations Manager to scale its education infrastructure and connect learning activity to business outcomes. You will own the PE tech stack, build dashboards, and enforce QA across content before publication.

In the first year, you’ll map workflows, govern vendor relationships for tools like Parta, Pendo, LMS, and Synthesia, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure auditable processes and measurable impact for 3,000+ customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Digital Operations, content ops, or education program management in SaaS.
• Experience pulling data from learning tech platforms.
• Track record of building processes that reduce friction.
• Strong written and verbal communication across tech and non-tech partners.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and tooling.
• Ability to build dashboards linking ops data to outcomes.
• Attention to detail with many concurrent projects.
• Experience in HR tech or talent management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map education publishing workflow across Help Center, LMS, Pendo, and in-product learning in first 90 days.
• Own the PE tech stack (Parta, Pendo, LMS, Synthesia) including vendor relations and integration health.
• Design and launch dashboards linking learning activity to customer outcomes within 6 months.
• Establish QA processes to enforce ClearCompany writing standards before publishing.
• Define internal workflows for content requests, releases, localization, and cross-functional reviews.
• Own GTM-to-product lifecycle handoff protocols for auditable PE involvement.
• Collaborate with AI Knowledge Architect to maintain knowledge assets powering AI agents.
• Conduct operational due diligence when evaluating new PE tools.
• Build long-term checkpoints to keep product and content aligned over time.
