Digital Operations Manager

The Digital Operations Manager keeps ClearCompany's education infrastructure running at scale. This person turns the Product Education team's content, tools, and data into a reliable system that produces high-quality education faster and connects learning activity to business outcomes.

The salary for this base role will be between $120,000- $150,000 depending on experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • In your first 90 days, you will map ClearCompany's full education publishing workflow across the Help Center, LMS, Pendo, and in-product learning, and build the content calendar and health-tracking system the team runs on.
  • Within 90 days, you will take ownership of the PE tech stack (Parta, Pendo, LMS, Synthesia), managing vendor relationships, user provisioning, and integration health.
  • Within 6 months, you will design and launch the dashboards that connect learning activity to customer outcomes, pulling data from the LMS, Pendo, CRM, and CS platforms to give leadership a clear read on PE's impact.
  • You will build and enforce the QA process that checks every piece of content against ClearCompany's writing standards before it goes live.
  • You will design the internal workflows PE runs on, including content request intake, release coordination, localization handoffs, and cross-functional review cycles.
  • You will own the operational protocol for the GTM-to-product-lifecycle handoff, making sure PE's involvement stays consistent and auditable at every gate.
  • You will partner with the AI Knowledge Architect to maintain the hygiene of the knowledge assets powering ClearCompany's AI agents, flagging content drift and tracking which Help Center articles are indexed for retrieval.
  • You will run operational due diligence whenever the team evaluates a new tool for the PE stack.
  • Over your first year, you will build the operational checkpoints that keep ClearCompany's intelligence layer current as the product and content evolve together.

WHAT WE'D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Operations, content operations, or education program management, ideally inside a SaaS company.
  • Working knowledge of learning technology platforms and the ability to pull and interpret data from them.
  • A track record of building processes that people actually follow because you designed them to reduce friction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that work across both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, licensing, or tool administration.
  • Comfort building dashboards or reports that connect operational data to business outcomes.
  • Attention to detail that holds up under a high volume of concurrent projects and deadlines.
  • Domain experience in HR tech or talent management software is a plus, not a requirement.
