Job summary

Edmentum is seeking a senior leader to own and scale its Professional Learning program across the country. You will design content grounded in adult learning science, coach a national team of specialists, and partner with Sales to shape pricing and packaging.

This builder role offers executive visibility to impact customer education and outcomes. You will align Professional Learning with Customer Success, Product, and Enablement, delivering measurable impact through dashboards and clear success

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and leading professional learning or customer education programs in education, EdTech, or related field.
• 4+ years leading teams.
• Built or scaled a function — operating model, staffing, and quality.
• Fluent in data; defined success metrics and reporting, and used results to improve outcomes.
• Shaped the commercial side of a services function or ready to do so.
• Compelling communicator to executives and educators, building alignment without authority.
• Knowledge of the K–12 or higher education landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a multi-year roadmap for Professional Learning and build the systems, frameworks, and operating model that let it scale nationally.
• Direct the design of professional learning content grounded in adult learning science and the real conditions educators work in.
• Build and lead a national team of Professional Learning Specialists and Managers, plus a certified trainer network.
• Define what impact means for this function; partner with CS Operations to build metrics and dashboards.
• Shape the commercial model — pricing, packaging, and bundling — in partnership with Sales.
• Serve as the strategic voice of professional learning across Customer Success, Product, Research, Sales, and Enablement.
• Bring executive audiences along through briefings and communications that justify the work.
