PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a senior digital leader to own and transform how golfers discover, shop and connect across web, mobile, and stores. You will drive a modern, data-driven digital commerce program with a P&L focus and cross-functional leadership.

You will lead a team through headless architecture, API-driven platforms and a multi-year roadmap, aligning technology, marketing, and finance to profitable growth. Roswell-based role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
• 12+ years in digital/ecommerce with director-level leadership.
• Proven P&L ownership and profitability delivery.
• Experience with headless architecture and API-driven platforms.

Responsabilités

• Own the digital P&L end to end, including demand, conversion, margins.
• Set multi-year digital roadmap across web, mobile, and app.
• Lead ecommerce product teams and QA with a product mindset.
• Partner with Tech, Merchandising and Finance on growth initiatives.
• Drive omnichannel strategies like BOPIS and ship-from-store.
• Lead vendor selection and performance management.
