SPS Global is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Document Specialist to support document processing, data entry, and digital imaging operations in a fast-paced production environment. You will classify, index, and verify scanned documents to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

In this role, you will perform high-volume data entry, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to SLAs while collaborating with teams to improve processes and learn new imaging technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with high-volume data entry and strong attention to detail.
• Fast and accurate alphanumeric typing skills.
• Comfortable using computers and working in a production environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Classify and index scanned documents by reviewing form fields and entering information into designated systems.
• Review scanned documents to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy.
• Perform high-volume data entry while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
• Match documents to corresponding accounts and apply established business rules.
• Process documents in accordance with client SLAs.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and established procedures.
• Assist with additional document processing and operational tasks as needed.
