Job summary

Nobel Biocare in Los Angeles is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to drive adoption of Dexis IOS, SprintRay, X-Guide and other digital dentistry solutions. You will lead regional sales, coordinate with local Nobel teams to win new business.

The role requires 4+ years of B2B dental/medical sales, travel including evenings/weekends, and the ability to present complex workflows. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; strong solution selling and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; we will consider 4+ years of successful B2B sales in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of successful B2B dental/medical sales experience or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel including evenings, weekends and overnight stays.
• Must reside within the designated geography of Los Angeles, CA or surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales quotas within assigned region.
• Assess and manage sales funnel to drive quota achievement and planning accuracy.
• Partner with local Nobel sales teams to identify new/existing customer opportunities.
• Build and lead personalized, customer presentations on Nobel’s digital workflow.
• Develop and implement a multi-quarter sales plan aligned with territory goals.
• Assess and communicate regional sales trends.
• Become technical expert in workflows for Dexis Intra Oral scanners and SprintRay 3D printers.
• Frequent travel including some nights/weekends; schedule follows sales plan.
• Work trade shows and customer marketing/education events.
• Regularly review data in CRM to identify and pursue new opportunities.
