Job summary

Nobel Biocare is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to drive adoption of Dexis IOS, SprintRay 3D Printing Suite, and X-Guide. You will manage leads, guide customers through the purchasing journey, and promote the digital workflow across dentistry markets. Strong regional travel and a hunter mindset are essential for success.

The role focuses on achieving quotas, building presentations, and collaborating with local sales teams to expand customers’ digital ecosystems within the listed geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent years of experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience within Envista or equivalent dental/medical company, OR 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Lives within the geography and possesses a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales quotas within assigned region.
• Assess and manage sales funnel to drive quota achievement.
• Partner with local Nobel sales teams to identify opportunities.
• Build and lead personalized, customer presentations on Nobel’s digital workflow.
• Develop and implement a multi-quarter sales plan aligned with territory goals.
• Assess and communicate regional sales trends.
• Become technical expert in the workflows for Dexis scanners and SprintRay printers.
• Frequent travel up to 40% with nights/weekends.
