Job summary

Envista seeks a Digital Sales Manager to represent Nobel Biocare Dexis IOS, SprintRay, X-Guide and other digital dentistry offerings. Drive growth via solution selling, handle leads, and guide customers through the purchasing journey into extensive post-purchase use.

Role requires 3+ years in B2B dental/medical sales, a valid driver's license, and residence in the Los Angeles area with willingness to travel and attend events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of B2B sales experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of B2B dental/medical sales experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel evenings, weekends, and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales quotas within assigned region
• Assess and manage sales funnel to drive quota achievement and planning accuracy
• Partner with local Nobel sales teams to identify new/existing customer opportunities
• Build and lead personalized, customer presentations on Nobel’s digital workflow
• Develop and implement a multi-quarter sales plan aligned with territory and region goals
• Assess and communicate regional sales trends
• Become technical expert in the workflows associated with Dexis Intra Oral scanners and SprintRay 3D Printers
• Frequent travel including some nights/weekends for contact with existing and potential customers. Schedule must follow sales plan and logical routing plan
• Work trade shows / customer marketing & education events (e.g., Envista OpCo symposia / Forums)
• Regularly review data in CRM and other tools to identify and pursue new opportunities
• Other duties as assigned
