Job summary

Technogym is seeking a Customer Success & Digital Account Specialist in Jersey City to drive digital and consulting sales, retain customers, and support the sales team with implementation and training. The role emphasizes strong relationship skills, CRM use, and travel up to 25%.

The position reports to the Business Consulting and Customer Success Manager and requires a passion for fitness/wellness, proactive collaboration, and an on-site presence at our Jersey City offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital product sales or account management is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to build trust and convey complex solutions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Digital and Consulting sales targets and maximize active licenses for Mywellness platforms.
• Support pre-sales activities and provide product training on digital offerings.
• Ensure successful implementations with training and tutoring for customers.
• Create customer case studies to illustrate value and retention benefits.
• Organize seminars/webinars to promote the digital portfolio and new launches.
• Provide reliable forecast and pipeline management; monitor pricing and competition.
