Job summary

Technogym is seeking a Digital Customer Success Specialist to ensure partners maximize value from our connected ecosystem. You will guide operators, trainers and business owners through onboarding, integration and ongoing engagement, translating technology into measurable business outcomes.

You will report to the Business Consulting and Customer Success Manager and work on-site at our Jersey City offices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, retention and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales or customer success.
• Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and driving measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients.

Responsibilities

• Guide partners through onboarding and ecosystem integration.
• Drive customer engagement to improve retention and growth.
