Cisco is seeking a seasoned Marketing Campaign Manager to drive adoption and value realization for customers at scale, leveraging AI-driven insights and hyper-personalized digital engagement.

You will oversee end-to-end campaigns—from strategy to execution—coordinating across Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Web, and Sales to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable impact on renewals, ARR growth, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
• 4+ years managing marketing project timelines, email campaigns, and virtual events.
• Proficient in marketing analytics and automation platforms for performance tracking and optimization.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns with a global or multi-regional scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning through execution and reporting of customer lifecycle adoption campaigns.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
