This role emphasizes quick, accurate order processing, effective communication with customers and store leadership, and readiness to help with a range of curbside tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
• 1+ year retail experience is helpful.
• Past cashier experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area with accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers and respond to questions in person and by phone.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and store leadership.
• Fulfill daily orders and manage workflow as assigned.
• Bag items and verify products to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Keep curbside area clean and organized for next pickup.
• Support additional tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
