Meijer is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders with speed and accuracy, delivering a smooth pickup experience from start to finish. You’ll greet customers, handle payments, and coordinate with store leadership to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum 1 year of experience; retail preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized and dependable.
• Process-driven and able to follow procedures.
• Online ordering experience a plus.
• Physical tasks (lifting, standing) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide curbside order fulfillment and payment collection with accuracy.
• Greet customers courteously in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly with leadership support.
• Follow daily dashboard workflow to fulfill orders.
• Select items, scan/verify, and bag per standards.
• Store and stage orders following food safety guidelines.
• Keep curbside area clean and ready for next pickup.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
