Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders, creating a smooth pickup experience for customers. You will greet guests, verify items, and ensure accurate orders while maintaining a clean curbside area. Training is provided; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude and respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members, store staff and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items according to standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean and ready for the next pickup.
