Meijer is seeking a Digital Clerk to help fulfill online curbside orders, delivering a smooth pickup experience for customers. You’ll greet customers, verify items, and ensure accurate payment collection while maintaining a positive, efficient environment.

We provide training and value a service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction and teamwork in a fast-paced store setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way.
• Past cashier experience is preferred and online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude and respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members, store staff and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items per standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly following safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
