Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service by accurately fulfilling online orders.
• Greet customers with a courteous, friendly attitude in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, teammates, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by collaborating with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow from a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Follow bagging standards, scan/verify products, and bag items correctly.
