Job summary

Meijer is hiring a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders, delivering a quick and friendly pickup experience. You’ll help drive customer loyalty by ensuring accurate order fulfillment and smooth curbside service, greeting customers warmly, and partnering with leadership to resolve issues.

You’ll perform item selection, scanning, bagging, and staging with attention to detail, maintaining cleanliness and supporting additional tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude and respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately using bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
