Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Digital Content Manager to lead strategic content across our digital ecosystem, ensuring brand consistency and patient-focused journeys. You will collaborate with marketing service lines and the digital experience team to deliver high-impact, consumer-centric content.

You will manage CMS platforms, optimize SEO, and oversee multimedia storytelling while balancing big-picture strategy with meticulous execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in digital content management, preferably in healthcare.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership or supervisory capacity.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless stated otherwise.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, digital communications, marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and execution of a consumer-first, SEO-focused content strategy.
• Collaborate with service line marketing to develop an annual content calendar.
• Develop and evolve content strategies that support user journeys and brand positioning.
• Coordinate with creative services for timely content delivery and QA testing.
• Integrate content strategies with the annual marketing plan and campaigns.
• Monitor digital performance metrics and recommend UX improvements.
• Provide training on content strategies and processes to teams.
