Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in content strategy, digital content development, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital content strategy, planning, and prioritization across public-facing websites.
• Oversee content from initial brief through development, review, approval, and publication.
• Partner with SEO/GEO lead and agency partners to improve visibility and discoverability of VNS Health services across traditional and AI-powered search.
• Establish editorial standards and governance to ensure content is accurate, accessible, current, and aligned with brand and regulatory requirements.
• Use data, AI tools, and automation to improve content quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Manage content agencies, freelancers, vendors, project deliverables, and budgets.
