We are seeking a high-velocity, conversion-obsessed Digital Content Specialist to join Collegiate Mobile. We don't do passive branding or broad corporate fluff, we build high-converting, challenger-brand direct-to-consumer (DTC) experiences.
In this role, you will be the voice across our customer acquisition and retention funnels. You will craft scroll-stopping social ad creative, high-converting landing page copy, and high-engagement behavioral email sequences that drive immediate action. If you know how to turn features into visceral customer benefits, write short-form copy that converts on first contact, and optimize content using real-time performance data, this is your arena.
What You’ll Do
1. Lifecycle & Email Marketing
- Develop behavioral email sequences (welcome series, abandoned cart/checkout, onboarding drips, win-backs, and promotional blasts) focused on subscriber acquisition and retention.
- Write high-open-rate subject lines, preview text, and body copy optimized for click-through rates (CTR).
2. Paid & Organic Social Content | Campaigns | Strategy
- Concept and write direct-response ad copy for Meta, Instagram, Search, and Display campaigns tailored to specific target audiences (e.g., students, subprime/credit rebuilders, faculty, alumni and fans).
- Deliver hook-driven scripts for short-form video ads, UGC-style creative, and social assets that stop the scroll.
- Write storyboards for video shoots translating creative briefs into shot‑by‑shot narratives, on‑screen copy, and VO direction for Meta and other social video placements.
- Write radio scripts for brand and direct‑response audio campaigns, adapting core messaging and hooks to a scriptless‑visual, audio‑first format.
4. Direct-Response Web & CRO Content Strategy
- Craft high-converting landing page content, product detail pages (PDPs), checkout messaging, and UX micro‑copy that eliminates friction and maximizes conversion rates (CRO).
- Write benefit‑driven headline options and direct calls‑to‑action (CTAs) for continuous A/B testing across multiple brand landing pages and user flows.
5. Direct-to-Consumer Strategy & AI Workflows
- Collaborate closely with growth marketers, designers, and product teams to translate performance data into scrappy creative iterations.
- Utilize modern AI tools and digital workflows to rapidly scale messaging variations across diverse customer segments without losing brand voice or compliance integrity.

- Execution & Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, iterate rapidly based on data, and execute clean copy under tight deadlines.
Preferred Capabilities
