Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a Coordinator of Digital Content to join our Regional Content teams. You will support creative development, content creation, digital publishing, and performance reporting to grow audiences and engagement across our stations.

The role requires a digital-first mindset, comfort with changing schedules, and collaboration with multiple teams to deliver timely, engaging social content. This is a full‑time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy and content creation for a media organization or brand.
• Experience using editing tools such as Photoshop or Adobe Premiere and social analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stations' social handles to ensure publishing consistency and quality.
• Prepare recurring content performance reports and develop strategic content plans.
• Create and distribute competitive content reports to elevate digital presence.
• Track trends and contribute content recommendations for execution.
• Post trending content across social platforms as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues within the Sinclair digital ecosystem and social platforms.
• Other duties related to social/digital content as assigned.
