Job summary

Hilliard City School District is seeking a hands-on Digital Content Creator to develop and execute digital content and creative communications across social media, web, email, and other platforms. The role supports district-wide marketing initiatives and serves as a creative resource to departments, schools, and leadership.

The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and highly organized, with strong skills in graphic design, photography, videography, video editing, and digital marketing, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Professional experience in digital marketing, communications, graphic design, content creation, or a related field.
• Satisfactory criminal background check (BCI/FBI) in accordance with Ohio law.
• Such alternatives to the above as deemed appropriate by the Superintendent.
• Certified in digital marketing, Google Analytics, or Adobe Creative Cloud applications (preferred).
• Prior professional experience creating multimedia content or managing digital campaigns (preferred).

• Develop and execute digital content across social media, web, email, and other platforms.
• Support district-wide marketing initiatives.
• Serve as a creative resource to departments, schools, and leadership.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Manage and execute marketing projects from concept to completion.
