Job summary

Hilliard City School District is seeking a hands-on Digital Content Creator to develop and execute digital content and creative communications across social media, web, email, and other platforms. The role supports district-wide marketing initiatives and serves as a creative resource to departments, schools, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Professional experience in digital marketing, communications, graphic design, content creation, or a related field.
• Satisfactory criminal background check (BCI/FBI) in accordance with Ohio law.
• Such alternatives to the above as deemed appropriate by the Superintendent.
• Certified in digital marketing, Google Analytics, or Adobe Creative Cloud applications (preferred).
• Prior professional experience creating multimedia content or managing digital campaigns (preferred).

Description: The Digital Content Creator is a hands-on marketing and communications professional responsible for developing and executing digital content and creative communications across social media, web, email, and other platforms. The position supports district-wide marketing initiatives and serves as a creative resource to departments, schools, and leadership. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and highly organized, with strong skills in graphic design, photography, videography, video editing, and digital marketing. The position requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage projects from concept through completion while translating complex information into clear, engaging, and accessible content.

Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
• - Professional experience in digital marketing, communications, graphic design, content creation, or a related field.
• - Satisfactory criminal background check (BCI/FBI) in accordance with Ohio law.

Additional Information:

• - Starting base salary begins at $65,000, with final compensation determined by relevant professional experience and educational background up to $85,000.
