CAST Schools Network is seeking a creative, digitally savvy Social Media & Digital Content Creator to lead content development across social platforms and digital channels. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, journalism, advertising, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, communications, or related field.
• Experience managing social media platforms for an organization, brand, school, nonprofit, or business.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, trends, audience engagement, and digital storytelling.
• Must have strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated photography and video production experience.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video for social media.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
• Manage content calendar for CAST Schools pages and coordinate with interns.
• Create platform-specific content reflecting CAST's brand and mission.
• Write captions, headlines, scripts, and other social copy.
• Monitor trends and emerging content formats; increase engagement and awareness.
• Track performance and use analytics to inform future content.
• Capture high-quality photography and video at campuses and events; travel as needed.
