Job summary

Huron Consulting Group in Chicago is seeking a Senior Associate to lead client-facing workstreams with heavy data-analysis and presentation development. You will guide end-to-end Oracle Cloud Procurement engagements for Hospital/Health System clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams and developing junior staff.

Travel up to 50% is required, and you will contribute to project design, configuration, validation, deployment and post-implementation support within a fast-paced, consulting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years analyzing requirements, writing specs, testing and interfacing with business users.
• At least 2 years in cloud implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud modules: Sourcing, Self-service requisitioning, Purchasing, Supplier Portal & CLM.
• Experience leading or supporting hospital/health system implementations.
• Strong analytical skills to translate meetings into documentation.
• Ability to own project workstreams with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design of Oracle Cloud Procurement for hospital/health system clients.
• Hands-on execution of all phases of Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle (Design, Configure, Validate, Deploy, Support).

While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing junior team members. Travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
• At least 2 years of related experience with cloud implementations.
• Implementation/configuration experience with the following Oracle Cloud modules: Sourcing, Self-service requisitioning, Purchasing, Supplier Portal & Qualification Management, Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for clients in Hospitals and Health Systems.
• Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams.
• Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision.
• A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $145,000 USD.

The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting.

The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.

This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.

Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $171,100 USD.

The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.

The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
