Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate to lead client-facing projects in Oracle Cloud SCM with a focus on Procure-to-Pay for Higher Education clients.

You will drive discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes workshops, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into Oracle Cloud solutions, with opportunities to mentor Analysts and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting testing and interfacing with business users.
• Must have Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation experience, including configuration, testing, and client-facing delivery activities.
• Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for clients in Higher Education strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client workshops, document business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Support testing activities including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment readiness.
• Gather and document business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state solution designs.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $145,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.

This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy.

Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $171,100 USD.

The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.

The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
