Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an Associate to join our Oracle Cloud ERP practice in the United States. You will work on end‑to‑end implementation projects, collaborating with clients to design future‑state processes and deliver practical, scalable solutions.

You will implement configurations, coordinate testing and training, and support data conversions and integrations. A 2–3 year background with Oracle ERP and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials, working closely with senior team members.
• Partner with clients to design future‑state business process and functional solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast‑paced consulting environment
• Oracle ERP Cloud certifications (or progress toward them) are a plus
• Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare or higher education industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams

The estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $117,600 - $153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
