Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. seeks a 3D Modeling Specialist to create, maintain, and support digital construction models for machine control, site positioning, quantity management, and project visualization.

You will work closely with customers, project managers, field personnel, and the Digital Construction Services team to deliver accurate and constructible models that improve productivity, safety, and quality. Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3–7 years of experience in 3D modeling, construction tech, survey, VDC, CAD design.
• Proficiency with Trimble Business Center, Civil 3D or AutoCAD.
• Strong civil construction knowledge and ability to read plans.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify 3D construction models from plans, surveys, and specs.
• Develop machine control models for earthwork, roads, utilities, and sites.
• Build surfaces, alignments, corridors, and grading models; manage data.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and validate design files for deployment.
• Maintain organized project files and version control per standards.
• Collaborate with customers and field teams to ensure model accuracy.
