Job summary

Exodigo, the leading underground mapping solution provider, seeks a Senior 3D BIM Modeler to develop data-rich infrastructure models using Civil 3D, ORD, and MicroStation. You will coordinate 3D models, perform QC, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients across remote engagements.

You'll contribute to CAD/BIM standards, templates, and workflows, integrating survey, LiDAR, GIS, and utility data while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Remote work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CAD/BIM, civil design, surveying, or related disciplines.
• Strong hands-on experience with Civil 3D and/or ORD; both preferred.
• Deep knowledge of 3D modeling, drawings, survey, and utility data.
• Excellent QA/QC and attention to detail with client-facing ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration with wider teams.

Responsibilities

• Improve & Support: contribute to CAD/BIM standards, templates, QC procedures, and workflows.
• Model & Coordinate: develop 3D models and drawings using Civil 3D, ORD, and MicroStation; integrate survey, LiDAR, GIS data.
• QC & Problem Solve: review models for discrepancies and coordinate issues; ensure quality deliverables.
• Communicate & Collaborate: explain technical info to project managers, engineers, and clients; support data development to delivery.
