Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Guardians of Trust & Accuracy: execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to boost convenience and security.
• The First-Line Consultant: identify customer needs through active listening and pair them with suitable digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers, ensure nobody feels like a 'number', and balance high-volume efficiency with warmth and community focus.
