Capital One in Southampton, NY is seeking a Part Time Branch Ambassador who embodies outstanding hospitality while guiding customers through digital banking tools. You’ll welcome clients, assist with transactions, and educate on mobile banking and contactless payments, always aiming to improve the customer journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML and federal standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to improve daily financial life.
• The First‑Line Consultant: listen to uncover personal or business goals and pair with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers and balance high-volume efficiency with warm, community-focused service.
