Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to own Amneal Direct and drive digital engagement, platform optimization, analytics, and website initiatives. You will partner with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and fuel business growth.

The role requires 5+ years in digital marketing/eCommerce and expertise with major enterprise platforms. You will lead campaigns, site merchandising, SEO/SEM, and analytics to optimize performance across channels.

Qualifications

5+ years in digital marketing, eCommerce, digital product ownership, or platform management.
Experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus, SAP Commerce, or similar).
Experience managing website enhancements, testing, releases, analytics, and vendor relationships.
Strong understanding of customer journeys, site merchandising, search optimization, and digital analytics.
Experience supporting pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated-industry digital initiatives.
Ability to collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, IT, and Commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the Amneal Direct digital commerce platform from a business perspective, including enhancements, release planning, testing, issue resolution, and vendor management.
Serve as the primary business partner to IT, aligning business objectives, customer experience, and platform functionality.
Lead planning, deployment, and optimization of product websites and microsites.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and campaigns.
Define analytics requirements, tagging strategies, KPI dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
