Job summary

Woodland Gourmet is seeking a Digital Commerce Marketplace Manager to own our customer digital journey—from discovery to purchase and beyond. You will shape the tech stack, manage platform selection, and lead cross‑functional work with marketing, IT, and customer service to deliver a seamless online experience across our website, portal, eCommerce platforms, Amazon, and more.

You’ll use data analytics and AI-enabled approaches to inform product offerings, pricing, promotions, and growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on managing and scaling Amazon businesses.
• Proven expertise in Amazon Ads with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading eCommerce platform selection (RFP).
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C eCommerce requirements.
• Experience with PIM/DAM systems (Canto preferred).
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into action.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate marketing and operations.
• Experience evaluating platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce or Salesforce Commerce.
• Experience in food/CPG businesses and managing complex SKUs.

Responsibilities

• Map and own the end-to-end customer journey across digital channels.
• Set vision and standards for Woodland Gourmet online experiences.
• Optimize website and portal for self-service, engagement, and conversion.
• Partner with marketing, IT, and customer service to align touchpoints.
• Lead end-to-end platform selection (RFP) and build a business case.
• Oversee implementation, onboarding, and go-live of the chosen platform.
• Drive performance dashboards and growth opportunities across channels.
• Lead AI-driven content, research, and workflow improvements.
