Job summary

Cole-Parmer Limited is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead Marketplace & Emerging Commerce, driving revenue growth and brand visibility across Amazon and emerging channels. You will own channel strategy, optimization, and cross-functional leadership with Finance, IT, Product, and Operations to unlock new opportunities.

You will guide expansion into Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and other platforms, developing pricing, assortments, and performance analytics to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Proven track record in marketplace growth, revenue, and profitability.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketplace strategy across Amazon and emerging channels.
• Lead expansion into Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and other channels.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to forecast revenue and ensure profitability.
• Own Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts and improve Buy Box performance.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and strategic plans for channel growth.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing to optimize campaigns and traffic.
