Job summary

Walmart is seeking a leadership-focused professional in Little Rock, AR, to coordinate staffing activities, supervise associates, and drive the company’s growth and customer-centric initiatives.

You will develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, oversee policy compliance, and foster a culture of belonging while delivering results aligned with Walmart’s EDLP and EDLC business models.

Qualifications

• Two years of college; OR one year of retail experience and one year of supervisory experience; OR two years of general work experience and one year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs and promote progress.
• Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, and provide recognition to develop associates and promote belonging.
