Qualifications

• Proven appointment-set and show-rate performance.
• Strong CRM and lead-management knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Contact internet, phone, and third-party leads within response-time standards.
• Monitor and optimize lead response, contact, appointment-set, and show rates.
• Oversee CRM usage, data entry, follow-up, and source tracking.
• Develop and manage outbound campaigns for sales and service.
• Track KPIs and report to dealership leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service to align with inventory and monthly goals.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and maintain high service standards.
• Manage scripts and call flows; update based on performance data.
• Stay current on digital marketing, chat and texting platforms feeding the BDC.
• Support the Sales team with other tasks as needed.
