Next Frontier Capital seeks a Digital Capabilities Operationalization Lead to guide teams, facilitate communication with management and team, and drive planning, execution, and closure of deliverables involving marketers, strategy leads, and testing leads.

You will remove obstacles, improve ways of working, identify risks, and drive alignment on priorities while supporting automation and AI initiatives across cross-functional delivery plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of Agile values and principles; apply Agile practices to delivery.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery and releases with a focus on execution and risk management.
• Familiarity with marketing channel delivery and campaign management concepts.
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to communicate with senior leadership.
• Experience leading change management for releases and process improvements.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with meaningful delivery metrics.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask and adapt.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with managers and strategy owners to align delivery objectives, release goals, scope, and dependencies.
• Own end-to-end delivery of digital owned-channel releases and deployments.
• Lead project/campaign execution, monitoring, and control using Agile principles.
• Manage change, risks, issues, and dependencies to improve predictability.
• Coordinate stakeholders to maintain transparency and address needs.
• Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining productivity.
• Lead change management for releases and process improvements.
• Build deep process knowledge to remove impediments and support risk resolution.
• Produce clear status reporting and metrics to drive action.
• Champion automation and AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual effort.
• Maintain release governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
