Job summary

DuPont is seeking a dynamic Digital Innovation Operations Manager to lead the operating rhythm for AI, automation, analytics, and digital enablement initiatives. You will track progress, surface risks, and ensure accountability across leaders, owners, and next steps.

You’ll build dashboards, manage governance forums, and drive adoption of new working methods and Jira-based workflows. A strong background in program management, AI enablement, and change management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field
• 10+ years in technical project management, program management, or related role
• 5+ years supporting digital, AI, automation, or analytics initiatives
• Experience deploying or administering Jira and driving adoption across teams

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm of the Digital Innovation portfolio across planning cycles and governance
• Translate portfolio updates into executive dashboards and clear decision-ready materials
• Configure and optimize Jira workflows, boards, and reporting to match delivery needs
• Champion responsible AI practices, change management, and measurable value realization
