Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology environments.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum with backlog management.
• Strong Jira experience for story management and sprint planning.
• Solid financial services, banking, or healthcare technology domain knowledge in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to document processes, define requirements, and identify feature enhancements.
• Refine user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog in support of Agile development cycles.
• Define and document KPIs to measure product success and business impact.
• Capture analytics before and after product changes to assess ROI and effectiveness of implementations.

• Drive consolidation efforts to build core applications that streamline functionality across multiple business tools.
• Support the design and implementation of an integrated customer portal spanning diverse business functions.
• Collaborate with QA, Scrum Masters, and development teams in a standard Agile environment.
• Facilitate features supporting wealth management interfaces, reporting tools, and transaction processing systems.

What You'll Need to Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology environments
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks with demonstrated ability to manage product backlogs
• Strong proficiency with Jira for story management and sprint planning
• Solid financial services, banking, or healthcare technology domain experience in regulated environments
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Clear, effective communication skills with ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders
• Business process modeling experience using BPMN notation (strongly preferred)
• Mergers and acquisitions transaction experience is a significant plus
• Pay Range: $40-45+/hr
