About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, gathering requirements, analyzing data, and providing insights that drive informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and objectives.
• Gather, document, and prioritize requirements for business and technology initiatives.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
• Partner with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, JIRA, or Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across technical and business teams.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
