Job summary

Credit Union of Texas (CUTX) seeks a Specialist, Digital Services to provide subject-matter expertise and frontline support for online banking, online account opening, Bill Pay, and RDC. You will respond to inquiries, process service requests, post funds, and support digital releases in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in digital/online banking operations, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Q2/Jack Henry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of financial industry experience.
• 2+ years in Digital or Online Banking Operations.
• Bill Pay experience preferred.
• Q2 and/or Jack Henry platform experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on CUTX digital channel products and services.
• Provide email and phone support to members and staff on digital products.
• Process online banking service requests and fund transfers.
• Document inquiries, steps, and resolutions for audit trails.
• Perform UAT for digital releases and validate fixes with IT.
